Your privacy is very important to us. We want you to have complete confidence that your privacy will not be compromised. To this end, we guarantee that we will not use any technical means (keystroke loggers, spy ware, etc.) to gather information about you, your computer, or computer usage. We also promise that any information gathered directly from you will not be sold or provided to any other firm, individual or organization.

For security purposes, we do record the IP address of your computer as part of your address information. Again, this is kept confidential, as stated above.

Your order information is stored electronically for your future reference with access restricted to your password. This is limited to the items you purchased and the dates purchased.

What we collect:

Saratogawine.com collects information directly from you when you register, make a payment, transactions, and or create a user profile. We also automatically collect from you your usage information, cookies, and device information, subject, where necessary, to your consent. We may also collect User Personal Information from third parties. We only collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary from you, unless you choose to provide more.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.


With your consent:

We share User Personal Information with a limited number of service providers who process it on our behalf to provide or improve our Service, and who have agreed to privacy restrictions similar to the ones in our Privacy Statement by signing data protection agreements or making similar commitments. Our service providers perform payment processing, customer support ticketing, network data transmission, security, marketing communications and other similar services. While we process all User Personal Information in the United States, our service providers may process data outside of the United States or the European Union.

We do not sell your personal information to third party services or advertisers. Your information is only utilized for the purposes of providing communications and services related to our brands Saratogawine.com.

We will disclose your data when complying with legal process and legal obligations. Unless prevented from doing so by law or court order, or in rare, exigent circumstances, we make a reasonable effort to notify users of any legally compelled or required disclosure of their information. Please note: The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) requires businesses to state in their privacy policy whether or not they disclose personal information in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. While CCPA only covers California residents, we voluntarily extend its core rights for people to control their data to all of our users, not just those who live in California. Your rights under the CCPA:


Under the CCPA, a business that sells California residents' personal information to others: 1) must give notice to California residents before selling their personal information to others; and 2) must provide the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information.Saratogawine.com does not sell personal information, including personal information of anyone under 16 years old. Thus, these notification and opt-out requirements do not apply to Saratogawine.com.

When receiving a request, we will verify that the individual making the request is the resident to whom the personal information subject to the request pertains. California residents have the right to request from a business disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information it has collected from them in the preceding 12 months, the categories of sources from which such personal information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling such personal information, and the categories of third parties with whom the business shares personal information.


If you request that a business disclose categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you, you have the right to receive that information, free of charge, twice a year. The information may be delivered by mail or electronically and, if provided electronically, shall be in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows the California resident to relatively easily transmit this information to another entity. Sale of personal information:


As explained above, the CCPA requires businesses that sell personal information to allow residents the ability to opt out of the selling of their information. (Saratogawine.com does not sell personal information.)


Right to deletion:


California residents have the right to request that a business delete any of their personal information that the business collected from them, subject to the exceptions in CCPA §1798.105
